To all wine and olive oil lovers!

We are here today to share with you some exciting news about Cantina le Pietre.

We want to share our excitement with you because we are officially entering a period of transition in order to become certified organic!

You might ask: "But wasn't Cantina le Pietre already organic?" And the answer is yes! We have always adopted environmentally friendly farming practices, without using chemical pesticides or synthetic fertilisers. However, we have never obtained official certification for our organic status. But now, we have decided to take the plunge and start the certification process.

We know that the path to organic certification takes time and commitment. It will be a three-year period during which we will go through a series of rigorous controls and adopt even more organic methods to ensure the sustainability of our production.

Why did we decide to make this choice? Because we believe in authentic quality and respect for the environment around us. We want to offer you products that are not only delicious, but also produced in harmony with nature. Organic certification will allow us to further guarantee the natural and sustainable origin of our wines and oils.

We are stepping up our soil management practices, adopting organic fertilisation methods and encouraging biodiversity on our estates. These changes will have a positive impact on the health of our vines and olive trees, as well as on the whole ecosystem.

We want to emphasise that, despite the ongoing transition, the quality of our products will remain the same. We will continue to put all our commitment and passion into producing high-quality wines and oils, just as we have always done.
